Refund policy
Court King Collectables will process returns and refunds only under the following conditions:
- A group break spot purchase is canceled for any reason.
- An order has been processed incorrectly by Court King Collectables.
In all other situations, returns or refunds are at the sole discretion of Court King Collectables. We do not accept refunds for items that are incorrectly delivered, lost, or damaged by Australia Post.
For returns due to processing errors by Court King Collectables, we will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and shipping the correct item. For all other returns, shipping costs to and from you are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the items, minus shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned item.
Returns sent without completing our returns form will be marked ‘Return To Sender’ and will be sent back without a refund or exchange. Items not returned in their original, brand-new condition suitable for resale will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Orders placed through third-party websites or platforms cannot be returned via our website.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
