On-Demand Shipping Now Available

You can now purchase on-demand shipping directly from our website! Once requested, your items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. For efficiency, we can combine multiple sessions into one shipping batch, so if you participated in several live box openings, you’ll receive a single package containing all your cards.

Please ensure your personal and address details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address due to errors made by the customer.

Shipping our items is a manual and labor-intensive process. Each card must be sorted into team stacks, encased, bagged, tagged, packed, and then shipped. Even if you participated in just one break during the week, keep in mind that we conduct 15-30 live box openings weekly, all of which require sorting, packing, and shipping.

Additionally, our products are not off-the-shelf items that can simply be mailed out the same day after a live break. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please note that extra shipping costs may apply for oversized packages and if additional insurance is requested.

Tracking Numbers

We post via Australia Post Parcel Send, and have a record of all tracking numbers for all participants for security. Tracking numbers are sent out directly via our parcel service to your order email. Please contact is if any questions regarding your parcel.

Packaging

All cards will be shipped in a protective sleeve (team bag) and bubble mailer for maximum protection. Some cards may be shipped with signature confirmation due to value, this is available at the request of the customer.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping fees are charged to the customer, shipping is usually determined by the weight and size of the parcel. Additional charges may apply for oversized packages.

International Shipping

International shipping fees are charged to the customer, shipping is usually determined by the weight and size of the parcel. Additional charges may apply for oversized packages.

Additional Postage Insurance

This is available only upon request at the cost of the customer for any high value items, please get in contact for any requests. A baseline industry standard is applied to all packages.
